Privacy notice

This service records, transcribes and summarises meetings from the Google Calendars connected to it. It is operated for internal use by devsspace.com.

What we access from your Google Account

• calendar.events.readonly — event times, titles, descriptions, attendee addresses and conferencing links. Read-only: the service cannot create, change or delete anything in your calendar.
• userinfo.email — your email address, used to identify which calendar a connection belongs to and where to send summaries.
• drive.file — access limited to files this application itself creates. It cannot see or touch anything else in your Drive.

No other Google data is requested or accessible. Google user data is never sold, and is not used to train any model.

What we record, and when

• A recorder joins only meetings that have a conferencing link and at least one attendee outside devsspace.com. Internal-only meetings are skipped.
• It appears in the participant list under its own name and posts a notice in the meeting chat stating that it is recording.
• A meeting titled [no-record] is never recorded.
• Audio is captured. Video and screen content are not.

How long we keep it

• Audio is deleted automatically 30 days after the meeting.
• The transcript and the written summary are kept as the lasting record.
• OAuth tokens are kept until you disconnect, and are stored only on the server running this service.

Who receives a summary

The meeting organiser and attendees inside devsspace.com. Summaries are never sent to external attendees.

Your choices

• Revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions. The service stops reading that calendar immediately.
• Ask an administrator to add any address or whole domain to the opt-out list, and meetings involving them will never be recorded.
• To request deletion of a recording, transcript or summary, contact the administrator who gave you this link.

Recording a conversation may require the consent of every participant depending on where they are. Confirm your obligations before relying on this service.
