What happens after you connect

• We read only your calendar events (calendar.events.readonly) and your email address. We cannot edit your calendar or read anything else.
• A clearly-named recorder joins meetings that have a conferencing link and at least one attendee outside your team, and posts a notice in the chat saying it is recording.
• Internal-only meetings are skipped, and so is anything titled [no-record].
• Anyone can be permanently excluded — ask an admin to add them to the opt-out list.

Recording a call may require every participant's consent depending on where they are. Confirm your obligations before relying on this.
